Our mobile food truck will provide authentic Liberian food in the borough of Staten Island. We offer online delivery from 10:00 AM-7:00 PM daily. Please check our social media pages to confirm the menu for the day. Our Purpose

"Bridge's" is a combination of my nickname and a representation of connecting people to various cultures through cuisine. Bridge’s Kitchen mission is to provide reliable service and build a reputable business that serves authentic and traditional West African cuisine to the residents of Staten Island who do not have dependable access to Liberian food.

Meet The Chef

My name is Brigitte Harris and I am an American born Liberian that was raised in both countries. I was born on Staten Island in NYC and I lived in Monrovia, Liberia, a country in West Africa, from the age of 12-18.

I grew up cooking and eating Liberian cuisine as well as selling it through my Mother's catering service while in Liberia and my sister's pop up kitchens in the DMV area.
